When you are in a mood that you do not like, what are some strategies that you use to change your mood?
Writing prompt: I normally get into a mood I don't like because of a person or a situation. Whenever I am in a mood I do not like, I leave where I am and take a walk outside. It helps me clear my mind and calm my thoughts and how I feel. Some moods I get usually are being annoyed, overstimulated, and feeling sadness. I like to surround myself with nature because it really calms me.
Summary: Today in class, we read chapter 8 and analyzed it.
Reflection: Today, I learned that it is okay to feel certain emotions; it is what makes us human.
