In the Episode of New Orleans street food, the whole community is surrounded with food. It's dishes that come from many generations before them, which is what makes everything special. Each dish has a significance from history that goes way back. The Yakumen is a very important dish in New Orleans. As mentioned in the video, it is a perfect dish for a hungover. It brings everyone together, enjoying Yakumen with one another.
