Prompt: How did the writing process (brainstorming, drafting, revising, proofreading, and finalizing) shape the strength of the final essay, and what was learned about your personal strengths and areas for growth as a writer?

Writing Prompt: The writing process has really helped me to understand the steps that need to be taken to write an essay. I never knew them until now, perhaps vaguely, however I understood it more now. My personally strengths in writing an essay, in my opinion, is putting the words together, like transition words. To be able to make my reasoning or explanations transition smoothly into my writing. I am glad I am able to do this because I know when I used to write, my writing would sound very chopped and robot-like. However now, it has gotten strong, and now I just need to focus on other areas of improvement.

Summary: Today we wrote our Argumentative essay.

Reflection: Today in class I learned how to gather everything I learned and needed to write an essay, and wrote it.
