Another item is stuff animals. The way I do this is I get them a stuff animal/character that reminds me of them. Not only to compare but to let them know I acknowledge little details of them. So I spoke with my instructor, Sergeant Cruver, about how I get this weight off my shoulders in a way it wont effect the person. I tend to just deal with bad friends because I don't know how to get ride of them. So he gave me some advice. You know you have a good friend if you pour into their cup and they pour back into you. Sometimes, you put and pout and pout until your empty. When your empty they keep asking for more, but how? It gets tiring to pour sometimes because you have other things you have to worry about. If something like that happens, it is best to let go. If there is no growth, there is no point. It's okay to have a good heart and give people second chances.
